A Shared Passion for Helping the Underserved
At the America’s Dentists Care Foundation (ADCF), our team is passionate about helping to make quality oral health care a reality for the underserved. We invite you to learn more about our team and board of directors.
Meet the ADCF Team
ADCF has a more than a decade of experience partnering with dental clinic organizers and ensuring the success of such events. In addition to the equipment for dental clinics, we provide pre-clinic guidance and expert support the day of the event.

Ben Hopper
Ben Hopper
Senior Program Manager
I like being a part of something that helps others. Getting to see the smiles of people who haven't previously been able to get dental care is the most rewarding part of the job.
As the senior program manager at the ADCF, Ben Hopper manages daily warehouse operations, including staff duties and expectations, safety, cleanliness, equipment, parts and maintenance. Ben also manages equipment costs and budget expectations. Prior to the ADCF, he attended college, and then as an ADCF employee he has become certified for forklift operation and obtained training on Air Techniques and A-dec equipment.
Ben enjoys playing sports like indoor soccer and slow pitch softball, gaming and spending time with friends.

Program Manager
I am very excited to be back at ADCF after Covid. People need dentists to give them smiles and helping make that happen is so fulfilling.
Dylan was with ADCF for 2 years when Covid put us on hiatus. He was an IT level one engineer before joining the team. Prior to joining the team he helped at charity events, opening his eyes to what other people need to survive in life. Becoming a program manager with ADCF became his new passion, leaving the IT desk and going to locations around the country to help provide the equipment to organizations like Mission of Mercy, helping bring smiles to many.
In his personal life he is married to Chelsea and has 3 fur babies. He likes to golf, plays video games and long boards in his spare time.

This organization is one of the most humbling experiences. I love being able to help positively change people's lives and seeing the sense of community everyone gets to be a part of.
Anthony is very happy to be back with the ADCF team after the Covid hiatus. During that time he managed a dental office always hoping to come back to ADCF. Before ADCF he worked in the medical field for 3 years doing stock and inventory at Wesley Hospital. He knew then he wanted a career in a field that focused on helping people in need.
In his spare time Anthony plays mandolin in a band called the Haymakers. He also enjoys traveling, hiking, going to concerts and working on his culinary skills. His family consists of his parents from Long Island, NY and his sister. He comes home to his two dogs Patchouli and Lady Bird.
Meet the ADCF Board
The ADCF was established to address the lack of quality equipment available for dental Mission of Mercy (MOM) events. Our board consists of dentists and other representatives from several charitable dental programs as well as representatives from the dental industry. Each person brings a unique insight to our board service.
